CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
3/8 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. chicken flavor soup base (powder form)
1 (8 oz.) Lite cream cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked

Saute onion, butter and water. Add cream cheese, stirring constantly until all is melted. Add milk and broccoli. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. To make mushroom soup, add cooked mushrooms instead of broccoli.
