HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken chunks
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. flavored croutons
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 or 2 sm. cans sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Add 1 small jar Cheez Whiz. Return to oven until cheese melts. Remove and add 1 can French fried onions. Return to oven and brown. Use 9 x 12 or 8 x 13 inch pan.
