NO CRUST CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Let cheese soften. Then blend other ingredients with cheese. Bake in 9 inch pie plate at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until puffed up and light brown along edges. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes.

Make topping of 1/2 pint sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla; spread over cheese pie and return to oven for 15 minutes at same temperature (350 degrees). When cooled top with your favorite pie filling. Blueberry or cherry are excellent!
