YUM YUM CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream together first four ingredients; add chocolate chips and set aside. Mix and beat well remaining ingredients. Batter is very thin. Fill cupcake liners 1/3 to 1/2 full. Spoon rounded teaspoon of cream cheese filling into center of each liner. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
