ICE BOX CAKE 
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 pt. Cool Whip
Graham crackers or vanilla wafers
Marshmallows (miniature)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg. Add sugar. Blend together. Add Cool Whip. Mix in marshmallows, drained pineapple and nuts. Place in oblong or square dish. Sprinkle with crushed crackers or vanilla wafers. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
