GREEN BEANS IN VINEGAR 
15 1/2 oz. can cut green beans
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
dash of crushed red pepper (optional)
1 clove garlic (cut into 4 pieces)
4 tbsp. corn oil
1 1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

In small skillet fry garlic in corn oil until browned. Drain water from green beans. Add green beans to oil and garlic. Stir constantly. Add garlic powder, salt and red pepper. Add red wine vinegar. Serves 2. Can be served hot or cold.
