SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
8 to 10 pork chops (2 a piece)
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 can French fried onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Combine and heat first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients to the first 3 and mix all together. Place pork chops in baking pan. Pour mixture over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove cover, sprinkle 1/2 cup remaining onions over top and bake 5 minutes more.
