HOT BROCCOLI DIP 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
2 rolls garlic cheese
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Red pepper to taste

Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain. Melt cubed cheese in the undiluted soup. Saute onion in butter and combine all ingredients. Serve with crackers or chips for dipping. Keep hot in chafing dish. Serves 25.
