CUTOUT COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 c. flour

Soften butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, almond extract, egg yolk and flour. Chill. Roll out.

Bake at 325°F about 10 minutes. Adjust temperature and time as needed. Frost with Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting.
