QUICK CHEESE CAKE 
3 pkgs. softened cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

2 c. graham crackers, crumbled finely
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare crust first. Press into sides and bottom of 10 inch spring form pan (set aside).

Mix cream cheese with sugar. Add other ingredients, beat until smooth. Pour into prepared spring form pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Prepare topping while cake is baking. Mix well. After 30 minutes, remove cake. Spread on topping. Bake an additional 5 minutes at 500 degrees. Let cool in oven for 1 hour. Refrigerate for several hours. Enjoy! It's delicious.
