STRAWBERRY MARSHMALLOW DESSERT 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
30 lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 c. whipped cream
2 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
2 pkg. frozen strawberries 2/3 (10 oz.) pkg.

Mix first 4 ingredients together like pie crust. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees, cool. Combine marshmallows and milk in double boiler. Heat until marshmallows are melted. Cool, fold whipped cream and marshmallow mixture together and spread over cold crust. Chill until set.

Combine Jello and hot water, stir until dissolved, add the frozen strawberries. Chill until it begins to thicken, spoon over marshmallow layer. Garnish with additional whipped cream and whole fresh strawberries.
