HUNGARIAN CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 good sized head cauliflower
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Cook head of cauliflower in salt water until tender, drain and place in buttered baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs, season and pour sour cream over it. Bake in moderate oven until crumbs are browned.
