3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
2 eggs
6 tbsp. coffee
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

Mix together above ingredients and knead in more flour to rolling consistency. Roll out and bake in 375 degree oven.
