PUMPKIN - CHEESE PIE 
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
10-inch unbaked pie shell

Beat cottage cheese with mixer until smooth. Combine sugar, spices, and salt. Add to pumpkin, eggs, and cottage cheese. Mix until blended. Stir in scalded milk. Pour in pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Serve.
