EGG NOG 
WHOLE RECIPE:

1 bottle of brandy (E.J. Brandy tastes best in this recipe)
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. whipping cream
1 dozen eggs
1/2 gallon milk

Beat eggs and sugar until thick, then add brandy and milk. Fold slightly. Beat whipped cream, not too much, just to make thick. Fold in generous shakes of nutmeg on top.

HALF RECIPE:

2 1/2 c. brandy
6 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
1/2 qt. whipping cream
