SNOWFLAKE DOUGHNUTS 
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder (heaped)
4 c. flour

Mix butter into potatoes. Add sugar and milk. Beat well. Mix flour and baking powder. Add to mixture a little at a time. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rings, fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown. Yields 12 servings.
