HOMEMADE PIZZA 
DOUGH:

3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. (2 1/2 tsp.) yeast

Dissolve yeast in warm water: 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil

Mix in 2 cups flour and knead about 10 times on floured board. Roll out the size of your pizza pan. Put the dough in a greased pizza pan and set aside.

PIZZA:

1 sm. can tomato sauce
Oregano, basil & garlic salt
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
Chopped onions & bell pepper
1/4 lb. grated cheese
3 oz. pepperoni
Sm. can mushrooms

Grease pan with Crisco and spread out dough. Spread on tomato sauce and sprinkle generously with oregano and lightly with basil and garlic salt. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the mozzarella. Add pepperoni. Add onion and peppers and mushrooms. Add rest of mozzarella and about 1/4 pound grated cheddar cheese. Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees until nicely browned all over. Eat and Enjoy!
