BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, cut in bite size pieces (use stems)
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. raisins (plumped)
1/4 c. toasted, sliced almonds
1/2 lb. fried, crumbled bacon or Hormel bacon bits

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. sliced green onions (tops)
3 tbsp. sugar

Toss and chill. Can be made 1-2 days ahead.
