HAMBURGER GRAVY 
1 lb. ground chuck or ground round
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. water
any vegetables you would like to sneak in (peas, carrots, squash, etc.)
mashed potatoes, rice or bread

In a large skillet, brown meat over medium until it is starting to brown. Add onion soup mix; stir. Cook until meat is brown, about 5 minutes more. Sprinkle flour over the top and mix in. Slowly add water and mix until gravy is as thick as you like. Stir in any veggies.

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or bread. Tastes great with curry powder mixed in.
