STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Sure Jell pectin
1 c. water

Combine fruit and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Boil Sure Jell and water rapidly for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add berries and stir for 3 minutes. Pour into clean containers and cover. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freeze until opened.

PEACH JAM: Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice to crushed peaches. measure peaches and substitute for strawberries.
