SOUR CREAM BANANA CAKE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream

Cream first 3 ingredients. Beat in mashed bananas, baking soda, and salt. Alternately blend in flour and sour cream.

Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
