CREAMY LIME MOLD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve lime Jello in boiling water; cool slightly. Stir in evaporated milk and chill until slightly thickened.

Stir in crushed pineapple, with juice, lemon juice, cottage cheese, chopped nuts, celery and mayonnaise. Pour into a 5 cup mold and chill until firm. Serves 8.
