GOULASH 
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions
Pepper/celery; optional

Fry above ingredients and drain. Mix in skillet, hamburger mixture, garlic powder, 1 large can tomatoes, 1 small can tomato paste, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles
