CREAMY CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
3 c. cut up cooked turkey or chicken
1 1/4 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Green or red leaf lettuce

In large bowl, combine dressing, turkey, celery, cucumbers, onion and green pepper. Gently fold in oranges; cover and chill. To serve, like serving bowl with lettuce, then evenly spoon in turkey mixture. 6 servings.
