CREAMED GREEN BEANS WITH ONIONS 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. frozen onions or 1 fresh onion, chopped
1 qt. green beans (I prefer French style)
6 slices American cheese
1/2 c. nuts

In a saucepan, melt butter, flour, mustard, salt, pepper and milk. Heat. In a casserole dish, put drained green beans and onions. Pour butter mixture over this. Add cheese on top. Sprinkle nuts over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
