FROZEN SALAD 
2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1 banana, sliced
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into medium sized muffin tins which have been lined with paper cups. Freeze until firm. Makes 10 muffin cups.
