RAISIN STEW 
1 c. raisin
Wine, your choice
7-10 lb. beef
Onions
2 c. stock
1 can tomato paste or catsup
1/2 can wine vinegar
1/4 can brown sugar
Vegetables or potatoes

Soak raisins in wing. Brown meat with onions in oil. Drain. Add stock and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, raisins and wine. Any vegetables or potatoes are added at this time, simmer another 1/2 hour.

Serve over rice or noodles or on its own.
