MEAT BALLS 
3 lbs. ground beef
3 c. dry bread crumbs
6 tbsp. onion, minced
10 drops Tabasco sauce
8 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Make into small balls and brown slightly in oven.

SAUCE:

3 c. catsup
2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. onion, minced
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
8 tbsp. brown sugar
8 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. dry mustard
12 drops Tabasco

Place meat balls in large pot. Pour sauce over meat balls and simmer for 1 hour. Makes about 100.
