HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 to 3 potatoes, sliced thin
1 sm. onion
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Put layer of beef in casserole dish; then layer of potato slices. Repeat ending with beef on top.

Combine the soups and heat. Pour soups over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. During last 10 to 15 minutes add grated cheese on top and let melt.

Cook noodles may be used in place of potato, if desired.
