2 c. shortening
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 c. flour

Cream shortening, work in cream cheese and sugar. Beat in egg yolks, vanilla and flour. Chill. Use cookie press. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. At Christmas put sprinkles or cinnamon balls on before baking. A few drops green food coloring is good for making Christmas Tree shapes.
