2 cans creamy potato soup 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn or 2 c. frozen corn 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, not drained 1 pkg. frozen lima beans 1 3/4 c. milk Put all ingredients into 4 to 5 quart saucepan. Bring to simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes until lima beans are tender and flavors are blended. Makes 7 1/2 cups. 453 calories per serving. |
