VEGETABLE CHOWDER | |
4 diced bacon slices 2 chicken bouillon cubes 10 oz. mixed vegetables 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 3 1/2 c. boiling water 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk 2 c. instant mashed potato flakes Fry bacon crisp. Drain and reserve. Add bouillon cubes, mixed vegetables and onion to boiling water. Boil gently until vegetables are tender. Stir in milk, potato flakes and reserved bacon. |
