ROASTED POTATOES 
4 or 5 lbs. potatoes, washed but not peeled
1 pouch Lipton onion soup (dry)
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Wash and slice potatoes in large slices or quarters, put oil and onion soup in a large plastic bag. Put potatoes in bag and shake well, until coated, then dump them into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 40 or 45 minutes until golden brown. Serves 6 or 8 people.
