SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread
1 lb. peeled, cooked shrimp
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Tear bread into cubes, combine with shrimp and shredded cheese; add mustard, salt and pepper. Place in a casserole dish; top with melted butter. Combine eggs and milk, pour over shrimp mixture. Refrigerate 3 hours, bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Ham or chicken may be used instead of shrimp.
