HONEY LEMON CHICKEN 
4 to 5 lbs. chicken pieces, wings work best
1 c. of honey
1/2 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
Dash of pepper

Broil at 450 degrees. Place chicken pieces skin side up on broiler insert rack. Broil first side until golden brown. (15 to 20 minutes depending on size of pieces). Turn and continue to broil 15 to 20 minutes on second side. Mix remaining ingredients together and brush on chicken. Cook chicken an additional 2 to 4 minutes. Yield 8 to 12 servings.
