CRANBERRY CONSERVE 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. water
2 c. peeled and diced apples
1 c. peeled and diced orange
1/2 c. golden seedless raisins
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Place cranberries in large pan with water. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes until berries pop. Add remaining ingredients, except nuts. Cook about 30 minutes or until thick. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Add nuts. Pour into hot sterilized jars.

Makes 3 pints.
