4 lg. potatoes
1 onion (lg.)
1 green pepper (lg.)
2 sticks butter
4 lg. pieces tin foil

Dice each potato. Place diced potatoes into individual tin foil. Add some chopped onion and green pepper to each serving. Place 1/2 stick of butter on each potato. Wrap potatoes up and place individual servings on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
