SAUSAGE DRESSING 
1 lb. pork sausage
2 med. onions
4 stalks celery
3 c. white bread (toasted or cubed)
5 c. cornbread crumbs
2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
3-3 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
Celery leaves

Cook sausage, onion and celery over medium heat until sausage is done. Mix all together. Bake in greased 9x13 dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
