CHEESE & WILD RICE | |
1 c. wild rice 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. basil 3 c tomatoes, crushed 3/4 c. black olives, sliced 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning 1/2 c. onion, diced 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded Place 1 cup wild rice into 4 cups boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain. Repeat this process twice more for a total of 3 times. Add remaining ingredients to wild rice. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, covered. Then remove cover and bake for additional 30 minutes. |
