SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE 
6-9 oz. fettuccine noodles, prepared according to pkg.
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 c. half & half
8 oz. Louis Kemp imitation crabmeat
2 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter. Add garlic and brown. Add half & half, pepper and crab. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; add Parmesan cheese. Cook until thickened. Mix with drained prepared noodles. Cover pot and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! (For a lighter version, substitute 1 can evaporated skim milk for half & half.)
