TARRAGON CHICKEN 
8 to 10 pieces of chicken
1 c. sour cream (or yogurt)
1 can condensed mushroom soup (low sodium)
2 tbsp. tarragon

Arrange chicken piece in baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Mix sour cream, soup and tarragon. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
