FROZEN BROCCOLI OR MIXED
VEGETABLES & CHICKEN
 
Frozen broccoli or mixed vegetables
Chicken thighs or breasts
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 c. cut up Cheddar cheese

Layer all ingredients in baking pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more. Serve over rice, potatoes or dressing.
