BUTTERNUT SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash, mashed
3 tsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Cream squash and butter. Add sugar, milk, and eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
