O.K. OKRA 
1 1/2 lbs. lg. fresh okra, stems & seeds removed, washed
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 egg white
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled, cleaned & chopped
1 c. white crabmeat
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. all purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Set aside lightly greased and floured baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large freezer bag, put okra, vinegar, salt and egg white and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove and set aside. Simmer butter in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in shrimp, crabmeat, bread crumbs, basil, parsley, Tabasco and lemon juice and stuff each okra. Put flour, pepper, onion and mustard powder in bag. Shake well and add okra. Shake again, remove and put on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
