CHEESY POTATOES 
1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
8 8oz. sour cream
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
5 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
Season with salt, pepper, onions (opt.)

Mix together, put in pan, bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Mix 1 cup crushed corn flakes with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle on top and return to oven for 5 minutes.
