PEA SALAD 
1 lg. (20 oz.) pkg. small frozen peas
5 green onions, chopped (stem too)
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
3/4 to 1 c. bacon, precooked and broken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Seasoning to taste, such as pepper, herbs, dill, etc.

Mix and let stand 2-3 hours to blend flavors. Do not cook peas, just thaw. Can add more or less of things to taste. Makes 11 (1/2 cup) servings.
