FRUIT SLUSH 
6 c. water
4 c. sugar
46 oz. pineapple juice
12 oz. can frozen orange juice
6 oz. can frozen lemonade
2 oranges, peeled & sliced
5 bananas, sliced
Strawberries (may be frozen, unsweetened), plums or pitted cherries

Mix in large (at least 5 quart) container and freeze. Stir occasionally while freezing (important). When ready to serve, scoop into glasses and add 7-Up if you like. Will keep a long time in freezer. To make thicker, mix liquids first; then pour half into another 5 quart container. Fill each container with any fresh or canned fruit.
