CRANBERRY TODDY (HOT) 
6 c. cranberry cocktail juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 (1 inch) strips lemon peel
1 (3 inch) stick cinnamon
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. whole cloves
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter

Combine cranberry/lemon juice and sugar with 2 cups water; tie spices in a piece of cheesecloth and add bag to pan; simmer for 10 minutes. Discard bag; add orange juice and butter; stir until melted.
