CRAB CASSEROLE 
2 med. to lg. Irish potatoes
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. or more chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery

Saute above ingredients in small amount of water and 1/2 stick butter until tender.

Add:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of milk

Season with:

Salt, pepper, thyme, curry powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. Pepperidge croutons

Add:

3 c. (at least) of crab meat
1 can water chestnuts

Pour in casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs, 1 can onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. You may use shrimp, fish in bite size pieces and cook before adding to other ingredients.
