STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 lb. fresh strawberries, wash, stemmed and drained
1 lb. strawberry glaze

FILLING: Combine cheese and sugar; mix at medium speed with mixer until well blended, add eggs 1 at a time. Mixing well after each addition. Pour in crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Loosen cake from around pan. Cool before removing cake from pan; chill.

CRUST: Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; mix. Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees one cheese cake is added.

TOPPING: Mix strawberries and glaze together; stir and pour on top of cheese.
